Our Mission

Representing over 10,000 undergraduate, graduate, and medical school alumni in the Greater Boston area with graduates from the 1940s to the present day.

The Brown Club of Boston is committed to fostering a strong, connected community of Brown alumni in the Greater Boston area. Our mission is to provide meaningful, thoughtful, and inclusive programming that reconnects alumni with each other and with Brown University. We strive to support alumni engagement by offering a variety of events and activities that reflect our shared values, encourage intellectual growth, and celebrate the rich diversity of experiences within the Brown community. Whether through networking opportunities, cultural events, or community service, our goal is to create spaces where alumni can forge lasting connections and continue their lifelong relationship with Brown.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?

Unfortunately, myBrown does not let us sign you up.  But we can show you how!

1. Head to your personal myBrown profile

2. In the Navigation menu on the left, click the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" option

3. Click on the link "Add More Subscriptions"

4. Search for "Brown Club of Boston"

5. In the search results, click the plus (+) icon next to "Brown Club of Boston"

6. An alert should pop up that read "Do you want to subscribe?".  Select "OK".

7. You're subscribed!

Want to be a Member? 

You already are!  Anybody who attended Brown is a member.  However, if you want to support the club in a more meaningful way, please consider becoming a paid member! More info to come.

Interested in volunteering?

Looking to volunteer for the board, but don't have time to commit to being a full-time board member?  Please sign up for our Brown Club of Boston Volunteers Google Group!

It's a great way to get involved on your own schedule.  We will email the group when we have specific events we need extra help with.
