Responding to Haiti: A Practitioner’s Perspective

   

Cate Oswald ’04 was one of the first responders in Port-au-Prince following the earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12, 2010.   As Partners in Health’s Program Manager for Psychosocial Support and Mental Health in Haiti, she was and still is responsible for organizing many of PiH’s relief efforts.  On August 3rd, 2010, Cate will be joining us for a presentation of her experiences in Haiti, and will be sharing her perspective on continuing challenges that face the country in the aftermath of the earthquake.  Her presentation will be followed by a discussion/Q&A session.
