Young Alumni Ski Trip 2010!
Join us for our 3rd annual Young Alumni Ski/Snowboard Trip: We?ll take care of the details so all you have to do is grab your friends and hit the slopes! We?ve partnered with the Boston Ski and Sports Club to get an unbeatable price!
Where: Sunday River Resort When: March 5-7, 2010 What: $299 for Brown Club of Boston Members* and $319 for non-BCoB members includes... • Transportation: roundtrip, leaving Back Bay Station at 6:00PM on Friday 3/5, and returning on Sunday evening 3/7 • Lodging: 2 nights in an 8 person fully equipped resort suite with access to a health club, fitness room, hot tubs, outdoor heated pool and bars/restaurants down the street: www.bethelinn.com. • At the resort: access to over 200 acres of resort activities and ~ 40km Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe Center • On Mountain: Complimentary shuttle service to and from the mountain in the morning and evening. • Skiing: 2 full-day lift tickets ($55 off for non-skiers, or pass holders) GET YOUR TICKETS ASAP: • Sign up deadline EXTENDED to Friday, February 5th • There are only a few spots left - sign-up is first-come, first-served Add-ons/Alternatives: o If you need to rent equipment on the mountain, indicate that option during sign up, and you will be charged an extra $50 for 2-day rentals (normally $80). You will receive a voucher for your discounted rentals when you board the bus on Friday. o If you are a first time skier/snowboarder and would like to participate in Sunday River's Learn to Ski & Ride Package (http://www.sundayriver.com/SkiSchool/Learn_to_Ski_Ride.html) or Group Clinic Packages (http://www.sundayriver.com/SkiSchool/Group_Clinics.html) call Sunday River in advance to reserve a place for yourself. If you are pursuing this option, pay the non-skier rate ($244) for this trip, and purchase your lesson+ rental beginner package on your own at the mountain. o Pass holders, XC skiers and non-skiers who do not want a lift ticket can pay $244 for the weekend, regardless of whether or not they are Brown Club Members. Notes: * You qualify as a BCoB Member if you have paid Club dues for 2010 by the time of trip sign-up. You can sign up for the club (online) here: www.brownclubofboston.com. If you sign up as a club member and have not become a member by the time of the trip, we will collect your membership fees prior to your boarding the bus. * To room with friends: If you want to room with a group of friends (2, 4, 6 or 8), have ONE member of your group e-mail molliew@gmail.com with list of preferred roommates.
